AWS Senior developer

As an AWS senior developer, you will be responsible for software development for an industry leading product in the area of promotional tools for the core product casino games. Working in a global environment you will be instrumental in ensuring your software and product smoothly perform in production environment distributed across high number of our B2B partner websites.

Responsibilities

• Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
• Software development for new, innovative promotional suite products
• Continuous maintenance of the software of existing promotional suite product
• Consistent systems deployment across environments to production
• Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects
• Report to the Global Talent Manager on the status of open jobs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years hands-on development experience
• Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Proficiency in coding languages including Python
• AWS/Azure/Google Cloud security services and tools
• AWS, AWS services
• It would be an advantage to know other Cloud platforms
• Experience in creating large scale products
• Have a solid understanding of software development best practices
• Have a solid understanding of software architectural patterns
• Should be able to teach others
• Should know what Infrastructure as Code is
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Strong Team-player
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
