The Role:

This position requires a skilled individual with a focus on assessing, prioritizing, and coordinating changes to minimize disruptions to IT services while maximizing the benefits of change. 

The Change Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal risk to business operations.


What you'll do: 

Change Management Process:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust change management process aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows for requesting, assessing, approving, and implementing changes.

Change Evaluation and Prioritization:

  • Assess proposed changes to determine potential impacts, risks, and benefits.
  • Prioritize changes based on business impact, urgency, and resource availability.

Change Advisory Board (CAB) Management:

  • Facilitate CAB meetings to review and evaluate proposed changes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure comprehensive change assessments and decisions.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate change schedules, plans, and impacts to relevant stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and customers.
  • Foster collaboration and transparency to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support for changes.

Change Implementation and Review:

  • Coordinate change implementation activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success and effectiveness of changes, capturing lessons learned for future improvements.

Change Management Tools and Technology:

  • Utilize change management tools and technologies to streamline change processes, track change status, and generate reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in change management tools and methodologies.

Training and Awareness:

  • Provide training and guidance to IT teams and stakeholders on change management processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Promote awareness of the importance of change management and its benefits across the organization.

Job requirements

What's required: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the online gaming industry.
  • ITIL and SDLC/ DevOps knowledge required. 
  • Proven experience within a senior management role within the gaming industry.
  • Broad leadership experience, ideally within a B2B environment with a proven track record of high performance.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and efficient operational plans.
  • Proven experience of process management and process improvement.
  • Proven management experience at a senior level within an operational role.
  • Experience working with senior and exec level partners.
  • In depth understanding of key internal systems and a change mindset.
  • MBA, degree or equivalent would be preferred, but not essential.
