  • This role is responsible for developing and leading a customer-focused team to grow a key group of existing customers.
  • The ideal candidate is a customer-centric, commercial professional with many years of results driven, complex sales and solutions provision.
  • Extensive experience of sustaining long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships is a prerequisite.
  • The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for shaping the Partnership strategy in line with Games Global’s strategy to deliver the KPIs.
  • The position requires an extensive understanding of the e-gaming industry, key markets, competitors, operators and consumers alike.
  • Effective and successful customer engagement experience at senior level (ideally gained within the gaming industry) along with proven ability to inspire teams and lead on multiple projects simultaneously are required for the role.
  • Be responsible for ensuring our customer’s needs drive the direction of the business, in tandem delivering strong growth for our customers as well as Games Global.
  • Lead and inspire a large team of hungry Partnership Team Managers and Partnership Managers to deliver great results.
  • Build the strategy and set the commercial objectives which will give the direction to the team needed to achieve the KPIs.
  • Coach your team managers to effectively prioritise and manage the team’s activities to achieve the team’s objectives.
  • Work as one with all teams across the business which help deliver growth plans for our customers – Games, Product, Legal, Compliance to name a few.
  • Help to nurture and evolve a strong culture across all the Partnership team hubs as well as those who work remotely. Be responsible for cultivating an open, trusting, and fun culture and a team that thrive on proactivity and sharing information.
  • Build deep and long-lasting relationships with our customers. Be The One they go to across our heavily competitive industry.
  • Find solutions and work with all teams across the business to deliver more value for our customers and Games Global.

  • Strong understanding of the online casino games market, and the operator landscape.
