Job description
The purpose of this role is to lead the teams and execute the service objectives. To align service strategy with portfolio objectives, be responsible for vision and value realization of services. Agrees, manages, revises Service Level Agreements (SLA's) as required.
Team Management:
Directly manages cross functional / functional teams and aligns with societies/ standards across the organisation (Platform)
Focuses and guides team in accomplishing Service objectives
Ensures that the team members are equipped with the requisite skill set required for both current and future services by developing a training and career development plan for each team member
Collaboratively works with team members to set performance goals and measures
Facilitates mentoring and coaching
Facilitates change management due to changing situational/organizational/market requirements
Manage relevant team budgets
Strategic Objectives Alignment:
Accountable for a specific Service (infrastructure, applications or professional service), within the organisation regardless of where the technology components or professional capabilities lie
Sets and achieves delivery and quality objectives
Strategically align service to greater organizational goals
Understand and align with benefits realization defined in your area of delivery
Service Execution and Management
Proactive engagement with customer for continuous improvement of Service
Maintains appropriate service(s), product(s) and technical knowledge as well as general product group knowledge
Prioritization and planning of Service delivery, including implementation and management of relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Establishes and reviews processes, procedures and efficiency objectives and ensures they are followed
Provide transparency and proactive communication on failure points within your Service
Consulting and advising on relevant Service area

Job requirements
Non-negotiables:
Strong background in successful Project/Program Management delivery and execution
Proven expertise in Business Analysis execution, including thorough requirements review and approval.
Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process optimizations and efficiencies
Proven track record in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives
Coaching and Developing Others: Able to coach and develop others with respect to their individual objectives.

Minimum 2 years proven leadership experience/skills
Minimum 3 years experience in a software industry
2 years experience in gaming industry experience is an advantage
Knowledge of SDLC
Proven results engaging customers and stakeholders at senior management levels
