Job Description

The Role:
We are looking for a Service Owner to work with Game studios across the globe, to foster a strong customer relationship, enable efficient game delivery and, ensure quality standards are met and evolved.

The Service Owner will manage Software Testers and Technical Project Managers, to execute the service objectives and align the service strategy with portfolio objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the vision and value realisation of services.

What you'll do:

  • Set objectives, mentor, coach, align, challenge and grow your team.
  • Adapt to situational/organisational/market requirements.
  • Support, enable and, foster strong relationships with your customers (Game Studios). Ensuring their success and satisfaction at every step in game delivery.
  • Set and report on team KPIs, course correct and continually drive improvement across all areas of the service.
  • Maintain appropriate service, product and technical knowledge as well as general knowledge in the iGaming industry.
  • Monitor and drive quality standards, both with our overarching process and with your customers.
  • Collaborate with the broader Service Owner team to drive our strategic objectives.

  • Having a background on Testing and/or Project delivery in a software environment is highly advantageous.
  • Coaching and developing others.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven results engaging customers and stakeholders at senior management levels.
  • Able to handle high performance and fast paced environment.
  • Be analytical and KPI driven.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Minimum 2 years proven leadership experience/skills.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a software industry.
  • 2 years' experience in gaming industry experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SDLC.
  • Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
